The invention provides a facility for fishes to pass through a dam. The facility for fishes to pass through the dam comprises an upstream channel, a rotary valve channel and a downstream channel. The facility for fishes to pass through the dam is characterized in that the rotary valve channel is located between the upstream channel and the downstream channel, a rotary shaft is fixedly mounted in the rotary valve channel, rotary valve blades are mounted on the rotary shaft, a hinge type blade door is mounted on the edge, close to the rotary valve channel, of each rotary valve blade, and limiting devices are mounted on the rotary valve blades. By adoption of the facility for fishes to pass through the dam, the rotating speeds of water flow in the fish passing channels can be controlled, and compared with an existing rotary valve fish channel, the structure is simpler and more reasonable, and the facility is more beneficial to engineering application.
