本发明公开了一种超低温稳定真石漆及其制备方法,所述真石漆涂料由功能性改性纯丙乳液、天然彩砂、助剂、水以及一种零VOC冻融稳定剂组成。所述的功能性改性纯丙乳液采用反应型表面活性剂为乳化剂,并引入功能性单体,具有优异的冻融稳定性,只需添加极少量的冻融稳定剂,真石漆即具备优异的超低温稳定性。

The invention discloses an ultralow-temperature stable stone-like coating and a preparation method thereof. The stone-like coating is composed of a functional modified pure acrylic emulsion, natural color sand, an auxiliary agent, water and a zero-VOC freeze-thaw stabilizing agent. The functional modified pure acrylic emulsion adopts a reactive surfactant as an emulsifier, and a functional monomer is introduced. The product has excellent freeze-thaw stability. Only by adding a few amount of the freeze-thaw stabilizing agent, the stone-like coating has excellent ultralow-temperature stability.
