The invention discloses a material for removing dirt on the surface of an RTV coating. The material is characterized in that the material is formed b mixing a polymer matrix, a tackifier, a filler and an antioxidant, wherein the tackifier is used for increasing the bonding strength of the material; the filler is used for shortening the solidification time; and the antioxidant is used for preventing ageing of the material. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the material for removing dirt on the surface of the RTV coating. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: placing all above materials in an internal mixer, and blending all the materials; placing the obtained mixture in a compacting forming machine, and compacting the mixture; and carrying out constant pressure cooling, and discharging the obtained material from a die. The invention further discloses a method for removing dirt on the surface of the RTV coating. The removal method comprises the following steps: placing the material on the surface of the RTV coating; heating the material for a predetermined time to make the dirt on the surface of the RTV coating be adsorbed by the material; and waiting for temperature decreasing after the heating is completed, and taking away the material to remove the dirt on the surface of the RTV coating.
