本发明涉及一种异硫氰酸苯酯的制备方法，该方法以苯胺水溶液和二硫化四甲基秋兰姆为原料，加热反应完全后，再将所得反应液再与对甲苯磺酸进行成盐反应，离心分离，滤液用环己烷萃取，得到的有机相经过后处理即得到异硫氰酸苯酯。该制备方法操作简单，反应时间短，总体收率高，采用了对甲基苯磺酸作为成盐试剂，取得很好的效果。

The invention relates to a preparation method of phenyl isothiocyanate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: an aniline-water solution and tetramethyl thiuram disulfide are taken as raw materials, and are heated and react completely, then obtained reaction liquid and para-toluenesulfonic acid undergo salt forming reaction, centrifugal separation is carried out, filtrate is extracted with cyclohexane, an obtained organic phase is subjected to post treatment, and phenyl isothiocyanate is obtained. The preparation method is simple to operate, the reaction time is short, the integral yield is high, and with the adoption of para-methylbenzene sulfonic acid as a salt forming reagent, good effect is achieved.
