The communication system comprises a data integrated processor and a data transmission line. The data integrated processor is used for receiving and sending signals carrying voice services, radio and television services and data services. The data transmission line is electrically connected with the data integrated processor and at least comprises a voice service channel used for transmitting the signals carrying the voice services, a radio and television service channel used for transmitting the signals carrying the radio and television services and a data service channel used for transmitting the signals carrying the data services. According to the communication system with the primary communication controller and the secondary communication controller, resource allocation of the system is balanced; flexible configuration and timely increase or decrease of the bandwidth can be achieved, the stability, reliability and configuration flexibility of the system are enhanced, and the system meets the design requirements of telecommunication equipment in the high-definition era.
