Disclosed are a driver IC (900) and a display apparatus including the same, which supply a touch auxiliary signal (TAS), having the same phase and potential difference as those of a touch signal (TS) supplied to a touch electrode (TE) which is also used as a common electrode, to a plurality of supply lines (SL) disposed in a non-display area (110) during a touch sensing period (T). The driver IC (900) includes a common voltage supply element (620), a touch sensing unit (610), and a common voltage switching unit (630). The common voltage switching unit (630) connects the common voltage supply element (620) to a plurality of touch electrode lines (TL1, ..., TLt) connected to the plurality of touch electrodes (TE) during an image display period (D), and during a touch sensing period (T), the common voltage switching unit (630) connects the plurality of touch electrode lines (TL1, ..., TLt) to the touch sensing unit (610).
