The invention discloses an upshifting intervening control method for a two-gear drive-by-wire automatic gearbox of an electric automobile. According to the method, a gearbox electric control unit detects a D gear switch signal, a rotation speed signal n2 of a gearbox output shaft rotation speed sensor, a rotation signal n1 of a motor rotation speed sensor and an aperture signal alpha of an acceleration pedal position sensor, then whether the first gear needs to be upshifted to the second gear or not is judged, and motor rotation speed intervening control in the upshifting process is conducted. According to the first-to-second upshifting motor target rotation speed function f(n2)=beta n2[(Z1Z11)/(Z0Z10)-(Z2Z21)/(Z0Z20)]/[(Z1Z11)/Z0Z10)], the first-to-second upshifting motor target rotation speed is determined, a motor electric control unit controls the motor rotation speed to reach the first-to-second upshifting motor target rotation speed, drive-by-wire automatic gearbox upshifting process intervening control is conducted, and stable upshifting of the drive-by-wire automatic gearbox is achieved.
