The invention discloses an emergency-class call center based on redundancy technology. The call center adopts multi-path redundancy to ensure the sustainability of an application from different links of an emergency-class call center system; when a secondary distribution server or a communication server is abnormal, an alarm-handling redundancy router ensures that alarms among a city bureau and branch bureaus can be reported to leadership and made known to lower levers normally; when a key server of the city bureau is crashed but the network of the city bureau command center and the command centers of the branch bureaus are normal, the offline alarm receiving-handling design ensures that the center alarm-receiving seat can also send recorded alarm data to a designated branch bureau; the stability and the continuity of the business are ensured; and the interrupt of the business of the emergency-class call center caused by a system error can be avoided to a certain extent.
