The fabricated concrete wall and the plate dry connecting method have the beneficial effects that dry construction is adopted in the connecting manner, and construction is simplified; and seam staggering connection is adopted for the floors, the floors are in reliable connection with wallboards, and the excellent anti-seismic property is achieved.
