The invention provides a heat pipe heat exchange apparatus, a charger machine cabinet adopting the same, and a charger. The heat pipe heat exchange apparatus comprises a heat dissipation region and a heat absorption region, wherein a heat absorption region air inlet and a heat absorption region air outlet connected with the interior of the charger machine cabinet are formed in the heat absorption region; a heat dissipation region inlet and a heat dissipation region outlet are formed in the heat dissipation region; the heat dissipation region is arranged above the heat absorption region; first pipe sections are arranged in the heat absorption region in a tilted upward manner; second pipe sections are arranged in the heat dissipation region in a tilted upward manner; the highest ends of the first pipe sections are connected with the highest ends of the second pipe sections while the lowest ends of the first pipe sections are connected with the lowest ends of the second pipe sections; and the first pipe sections are connected with the second pipe sections to form a circulation passage to form the heat pipe structure. When hot air in the machine cabinet passes through the heat absorption region, the heat is absorbed by the first pipe sections, so that the temperature of the air flowing back to the interior of the machine cabinet is greatly lowered; and meanwhile, moving of gas from the heat absorption region to the heat dissipation region and moving of a liquid from the heat dissipation region to the heat absorption region do not generate interference to each other, so that the heat transfer efficiency is improved.
