The invention discloses an acidic stuck freeing solution for drilling and a preparation method thereof. The emulsion type acidic stuck freeing solution is w/o type emulsifying liquid and is prepared from the following basic components by mass: 35 to 40 parts of fat soluble solvent, 40 to 45 parts of industrial hydrochloric acid and 6 to 9 parts of fat soluble emulsifying agent. During preparation, firstly, the fat soluble solvent and the fat soluble emulsifying agent are uniformly mixed into a premix solution, and then a hydrochloric acid solution is added for mixing; further, acid-resisting solid particles can also be mixed in the premix solution, and/or an acid corrosion inhibitor is mixed in the hydrochloric acid solution already. During treatment on differential pressure adhesion tool sticking, the acidic stuck freeing solution does not react with surrounding stratum immediately after getting out of a drill tool, the acidic stuck freeing solution is demulsified and separated under the action of temperature after reaching a drill rod sticking position, an acidic solution sinks to react with mud cake adhered to the drill tool and a lower well wall, and an organic phase floats upwards to protect an upper well wall from reacting, so that directional corrosion can be realized, and adhesion sticking can be rapidly removed. The acidic stuck freeing solution disclosed by the invention is particularly but not just suitable for stuck freeing of a highly-deviated well and/or a horizontal well; after adding appropriate components in the acidic stuck freeing solution, the acidic stuck freeing solution can also have the functions of leakage prevention/leakage stoppage, and/or drill tool corrosion prevention.
