The invention provides a cable winding device which comprises a rack, a supporting table, a drive motor, a winching gearbox, a connector, a supporting shaft sleeve, a rotating shaft, a wire spool and a support. The supporting table and the support are arranged on the rack. The drive motor, the winching gearbox, the connector and the supporting shaft sleeve are sequentially arranged on the supporting table from right to left. The drive motor is connected with the connector through the winching gearbox. The wire spool is arranged on the portion, between the support and the supporting shaft sleeve, of the rotating shaft in a sleeving manner. Lifting lugs are arranged on the two side edges of the wire spool. A winding shaft of the wire spool is provided with a slot for a cable to be inserted, wherein the slot is connected with a cable fixing device. The right end of the rotating shaft penetrates the supporting shaft sleeve and is connected into the connector. The connector is provided with a first connecting hole. The right end portion of the rotating shaft is provided with a second connecting hole. The first connecting hole and the second connecting hole are formed correspondingly and are fixedly connected through bolts. The cable winding device is simple in structure, has a guide function, avoids self-winding and knotting, is convenient to operate and improves the working efficiency.
