A multifunctional nursing electric wheelchair includes a wheelchair body; the wheelchair body includes a seat; seat armrests are arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat; a leg lifting aid-plate is arranged on the front end of the seat, and a back lifting aid-plate is arranged on the back end of the seat; a support is arranged under the wheelchair body; front turning wheels and back driving wheels are arranged on the support; a single motor is arranged on the support; a lying control mechanism is connected to the single motor; and the lying control mechanism includes a first control mechanism for controlling lifting and falling of the leg lifting aid-plate, and a second control mechanism for controlling lifting and falling of the back lifting aid-plate. The first control mechanism lifts the leg lifting aid-plate, the second control mechanism releases the back lifting aid-plate, and then the wheelchair is in a lying chair state, and the user can be conveniently nursed and cared.
