According to the embodiments of the invention, an add-block-acknowledgement and delete-block-acknowledgement communication mechanism method and device are provided wherein the add-block-acknowledgement communication mechanism method comprises the following steps: sending to at least two terminal devices the ADDBA request frames wherein the ADDBA request frames carry the ADDBA request information corresponding to at least two terminal devices; and receiving the ADDBA responding frames of each of the at least two terminal devices. The delete-block-acknowledgement communication mechanism method comprises the following steps: sending to at least two terminal devices the DELBA request frames wherein the DELBA request frames carry the DELBA request information corresponding to at least two terminal devices; and receiving the confirmed frames of the DELBA frames transmitted from each of the at least two terminal devices. Therefore, the signaling cost can be reduced and the utilization efficiency of the channel is increased.
