The invention provides a fluoride ion monitoring and sampling device for sampling treatment in a process of automatic monitoring of fluoride ions. The device is suitable for the technical field of water quality monitoring. The device comprises a peristaltic pump and a multiway valve connected to the peristaltic pump. The multiway valve is connected to a plurality of separate sampling pipes. The sampling pipes are communicated with containers for storing a standard sample, distilled water, a water sample, at least one reagent, a standby material and a waste liquid. The peristaltic pump samples from the pipes through a negative pressure sampling method. Through the peristaltic pump, the fluoride ion monitoring and sampling device takes samples from the containers of the sampling pipes communicated with the multiway valve in a negative pressure manner so that direct contact between the peristaltic pump and the reagent is avoided, the loss of a pump tube of the peristaltic pump is reduced, a service life of the peristaltic pump is prolonged and a failure rate and a maintenance cost of the peristaltic pump are reduced.
