The invention discloses an infrared imaging temperature measurement sensor. The infrared imaging temperature measurement sensor is formed by an infrared temperature measurement module, a processor module, a communication module, and an expansion interface module, wherein the infrared temperature measurement module is formed by an infrared detector; the processor module is formed by a temperature control module, an A/D conversion module, an offset voltage module, an FPGA module and an ARM module; the communication module is formed by WIFI and 3G/4G communication signals; and the expansion interface module is formed by a Micro USB interface. As the infrared imaging temperature measurement sensor uses the integrated design of FPGA+ARM, the infrared imaging temperature measurement sensor has complementary advantages and can greatly reduce the amount of using external expansion devices. The infrared imaging temperature measurement sensor realizes driving of the infrared detector, acquisition and processing of the infrared image signals, multi-channel transmission of the infrared images, and setting of a transplant interface.
