The invention ingeniously provides the circular ring and fastener compound sewing adjustment device of the sewing machine; by the arrangement of the two stations, the common sewing machine can sew the fastener ring or hanging ring at the same time, and no other changes are done on the head of the sewing machine; and therefore, the sewing efficiency of the fastener ring/hanging ring is improved, the generality of the sewing machine is improved, large-scale production is facilitated, and the cost is reduced.
