The invention discloses a preparation method of graphene oxide/nitrile rubber modified high density polyethylene for 3D (Three-Dimensional) printing. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1), carrying out modification on graphene oxide, so as to obtain modified graphene oxide; 2), dispersing powdery nitrile rubber and deionized water in a high-speed mixer, then adding modified graphene oxide suspension liquid and a silane coupling agent into an obtained first mixture, agitating an obtained second mixture, and afterwards, subjecting the second mixture to washing, dehydration and vacuum drying, so as to obtain modified graphene oxide/powdery nitrile rubber; 3), mixing high density polyethylene, a dispersing agent, the modified graphene oxide/powdery nitrile rubber, a compatibilizer and an antioxidant at a high speed, adding an obtained mixed material into a double screw extruder, and extruding, cooling and granulating the mixed material, so as to obtain a high density polyethylene composition, wherein a reaction temperature is 180 to 210 DEG C, and reaction time is 5min to 10min.
