The invention provides a multifunctional sleeve. The multifunctional sleeve comprises a cylinder body, wherein a hole is formed in the bottom of the cylinder body; a plurality of small columns are arranged in the hole; and an elastic device is arranged between the small columns and the cylinder body. By adoption of the technical scheme that the cylinder body is provided with the hole, and the small columns are arranged in the hole, when the multifunctional sleeve is applied to screws or nuts, the small columns are increased by different numbers and lengths according to the required shapes, the elastic device is compressed, the rest of the small columns are maintained to be original positions to form grooves, and the small columns return to the original positions when the multifunctional sleeve is separated from the screws or the nuts.
