The invention provides a DC voltage divider which comprises an elastic installation piece, an upper end ring, a voltage equalizing capacitor, a voltage dividing resistor, and a voltage equalizing ring. The upper end ring and the voltage equalizing ring are coaxially arranged in parallel. The voltage equalizing capacitor and the voltage dividing resistor are arranged between the upper end ring and the voltage equalizing ring. By using the high voltage arm multi-level series connection structure of the DC voltage divider, the parallel redundancy of the voltage dividing resistor and the voltage equalizing capacitor is carried out in each level, and the reliability of the DC voltage divider in the open circuit failure of a single resistor or single capacitor component is improved. The single voltage equalizing capacitor is designed as a structure of the series connection of multiple capacitors, and the reliability of the DC voltage divider in the open circuit failure of a single voltage equalizing capacitor is improved. A voltage dividing body is formed by the series connection of multiple levels of resistive and capacitive components, a complete same component and a same structure are is employed by each level, an independent resistive and capacitive structure is formed, the segment installation can be carried out, and the installation and maintenance of the DC voltage divider are facilitated.
