The invention relates to a terahertz reflex klystron. The terahertz reflex klystron comprises an electronic emission unit, a resonance unit and an output unit. The electronic emission unit is used for emitting electrons. The resonance unit comprises a resonant cavity body which communicates with the electronic emission unit. The electrons emitted by the electronic emission unit enter the resonant cavity body. Another cavity body wall, opposite to the electronic emission unit, of the resonant cavity body is provided with a coupling output hole. The output unit communicates with the resonance unit through the coupling output hole. Terahertz waves generated in the resonance unit are transmitted to the output unit through the coupling output hole. The invention further relates to a micrometer terahertz reflex klystron array.
