The method adopts timing cycle acquisition so as to guarantee complete and reliable data acquisition; uplink and downlink acquisition transmission of low voltage electrification stopping data is divided, the concentrator collects and stores the low voltage electrification stopping data and then the main station collects and stores in a timing mode so that data transmission time is short; and simultaneously, during a reporting process to the main station, because the concentrator collects and stores the electrification stopping events, the concentrator can actively report all the electric energy meter increment power failure events of the whole bench area to main station for one time so that communication time is reduced.
