本发明是有关于一种布料滚条机的模块化控制机构组立方法,是主要将第一基板与操作面板以锁固件相锁接,并使第一基板的汇总插座与第二基板的汇总插脚对应插接,又使第一基板与第二基板间以锁固件锁接,以形成一模块化控制机构,据此,是可依维修所需各别拆换操作面板、第一基板、第二基板,或将该模块化控制机构全部换新,依此,以达到大幅节省维修时间,进而提高生产效能等效益者。

The invention relates to a modular control mechanism assembling method for a cloth binding machine. A first substrate is connected with an operation panel in a locking manner by a locking piece, gathering sockets of the first substrate are in plugged connection with gathering pins of a second substrate correspondingly, the first substrate is connected with the second substrate in a locking manner by a locking piece to form a modular control mechanism, accordingly, the operation panel, the first substrate and the second substrate are respectively disassembled according to needs of repair, or the total modular control mechanism is changed, repair time is saved greatly, and productive efficiency is improved.
