The invention relates to a vacuum laminating machine. The vacuum laminating machine comprises double-mold fixture mechanisms, a film transfer mechanism and a film pressing mechanism. The double-mold fixture mechanism comprises a film pressing fixture and a positioning fixture. The positioning fixture is used for positioning a film sheet. The film pressing fixture is used for placement position arrangement in glass sheet and film sheet compaction. The double-mold fixture mechanisms comprise at least four mechanisms. Each one of the double-mold fixture mechanisms is corresponding to a station 1, a station 2, a station 3 or a station 4. The film transfer mechanism is arranged at the station 2. The film pressing mechanism is arranged at the station 4. The film pressing mechanism comprises an installation frame, a vacuum cover, a pressing mold, a vacuum cover lifting device and a pressing mold lifting device. The bottom of the vacuum cover is provided with an opening. The vacuum cover lifting device is used for driving the vacuum cover to go up and down so that the vacuum cover can cover the film pressing fixture. The pressing mold is located in the vacuum cover. The vacuum laminating machine can laminate workpieces in a vacuum state, avoid production of bubbles between workpieces, and greatly improves the quality of finished products.
