The invention discloses a cold-storage door exclusive self-limiting temperature electric tracing band. The electric tracing band includes two copper-core buses which are in parallel arrangement, a radiation core layer which connects the two copper-core buses by extruding, an insulating layer which wraps outside the radiation core layer, and a shielding layer which wraps outside the insulating layer. The radiation core layer is made from a cold-resistant and anti-aging PTC radiation material which is composed of the following raw materials by mass percent: a metallocene polyethylene, a high density polyethylene, a vinyl copolymer thermoplastic elastomer, a carbon fiber, carbon black, a benzotriazole light stabilizer, a hindered phenol antioxidant, a decabromodiphenylethane flame retardant, a dioctyl phthalate, a dicumyl peroxide, and a nucleating clarifier zc-3. According to the invention, the electric tracing band effectively avoids the defects of radiation products like resistance wire, such as large energy consumption and poor safety, etc.
