The invention discloses a multifunctional power failure intelligent dialing alarm power distribution system of a distributed type photovoltaic power station. The system comprises a power distribution box body, an automatic dialer, a metering box body and a residual current monitoring box body, wherein the automatic dialer is arranged inside the box body; a residual current automatic reclosing lock circuit breaker is arranged inside the residual current monitoring box body; and the power distribution box body, the metering box body and the residual current monitoring box body are connected in series through an alternative-current cable. According to the invention, when a power distribution network of the grid system is in power failure, a generating unit and commercial power can be automatically disconnected, so that the labor cost is reduced, and the security coefficient is higher.
