The invention aims to provide a design method for a last-stage torsional blade of a large industrial steam turbine, and the method is used for solving the problems that profile lines of blade profiles are easily distorted and a blade modeling optimization surface is difficultly smoothed during matching of blade profiles with different blade height sections in an existing torsional blade modeling technology. A half-parametric blade design method is actually realized; the central arced curve distribution law change of the blade is realized by adjusting a blade distortion factor and is visual and reliable; and when the blade is further improved and optimized, the central arced curve shape of a specified section can be directly adjusted, so that the demand effect is simply and quickly achieved.
