The invention relates to a method and device for realizing historical record storage and loading management of an embedded device. A historical record management method with a general format, a compact structure and simple storing and loading operations is adopted for realizing the general safe fast access for the historical record in the embedded device, and then the modeling for the record head information, section head information and user-defined section historic data and the operation handle management are performed so as to complete the storing and loading operations for the historical record. The device provided by the invention can self-adapt to different CPU storage types (big-end storage type and small-end storage type) and can realize compact storage; the historical record storage data can be loaded by different devices or computers in an appointed format; and the requirements of the embedded device for rapidity and universality can be met.
