The present invention provides an optical transceiver module with a luminescent film. The module comprises housing, an optical transceiver assembly and a printed circuit board. The front end portion of the housing is provided with an optical fiber connection port, the front end portion of the housing is provided with the luminescent film extending forwards from the housing, and the luminescent film is electrically connected with the printed circuit board. The optical transceiver module with a luminescent film employs the luminescent film extending forwards from the housing to replace a LED lamp and a light pipe which are originally arranged in the housing to indicate the work state of the optical transceiver module, and the luminescent film is large in the luminescent area and long in the extended length forwards, so that the luminescent film is not easy to be shielded and is helpful for maintainers to check.
