A digital filter and signal processing circuit receives electromagnetic field signals of a high-voltage line by the aid of an antenna, the electromagnetic field signals are processed to obtain frequency signals, the frequency signals are filtered to obtain filter signals, the filter signals are amplified and shaped to obtain driving signals when the filter signals reach a preset threshold value, the signals are started, so that the circuit is driven to operate, the signals drive the circuit, so that the driving signals drive a triode, a relay is started, a voice module is started under the close state of the relay, audio signals are outputted by the voice module, so that alarm signals are transmitted in advance when the hydraulic aerial cage operates, tripping accidents caused by external break of a power grid are reduced, and power supply reliability is improved.
