The end cover is fixed below the valve body, the valve rod is placed in the valve rod, the valve plate is connected to the valve rod, the packing is arranged above the valve rod, the packing pressure cover is arranged on the packing, the turbine device is connected above the packing pressure cover, and the turbine device is controlled by means of the handwheel; the valve plate is composed of a first sealing face, a sealing partition plate and a second sealing face, and a seal ring is arranged at the periphery of the sealing partition plate. According to the valve provided by the invention, the structure of the valve plate is improved, so that when the three-eccentric butterfly valve is reversely pressed, the valve plate can compensate the problem of insufficient sealing by means of deformation through the seal ring and the novel valve plate structure, so that the reverse sealing ability is improved.
