The invention discloses a preparation method of a tail gas treatment module, and belongs to the technical field of material preparation and environmental protection. The method adopts honeycomb porous ceramic as a substrate; torsion wire brushes are inserted in holes of the honeycomb porous ceramic; the method uses dust binding agent solution for surface treatment of the hole walls of the honeycomb porous ceramic and the torsion wire brushes to obtain an efficient dust removing module with low air resistance and high flux; when dust-contained air currents flow in the module, the dust-contained air currents can flow through a complex runner consisting of brush bristles and ceramic holes in a turbulence manner; particles therein can be captured by dust bonding agent layers on the surfaces of the brush bristles and on the inner surfaces of the ceramic holes; and VOC therein can be absorbed by dust bonding agent liquid layers, so that the module facilitates to remove fine carbon smoke particles and VOC in motor vehicle tail gas.
