The invention discloses a lifting device which comprises a lifting disc, a lifting rope, a lifting hook, a bracket, clamping plates, fastening screws, a reducer, a transmission soft shaft, supporting rods and operation rods. The two clamping plates are connected to the two sides of the bracket in an inserted mode, and clamping cavities are formed between the clamping plates and the bracket. The fastening screws are in threaded connection to the bracket, and the bottom ends of the fastening screws abut against the clamping plates. The lifting disc is rotatably arranged on the bracket. The lifting rope is wound to the lifting disc, and one end of the lifting rope penetrates through the bracket and is fixedly connected with the lifting hook. The reducer is arranged on one side of the lifting disc, an output shaft of the reducer is connected with the lifting disc, and an input shaft of the reducer is connected with the transmission soft shaft. The supporting rods and the operation rods are all hinged to the lower end face of the bracket.
