本发明公开了一种精密复合拉刀，由以下重量份原料组成：72～85份硼化钨、5～8份二硅化铌、0.08～0.1份Al、0.08～0.1份Fe、1～1.5份Mo、1.3～2.5份羟基铁粉、1.3～2.2份TiC、0.8～2.1份二氧化锆、0.08～0.1份Mn、0.2～0.6份酰胺。本发明拉刀材料配方和加工工艺得到的刀具，强度和硬度高、耐磨性好、红硬性好、热膨胀系数小、弹性模量高以及化学稳定性好等一系列优良性能，其广泛应用于各种拉刀上。

The invention discloses a precise combination broach. The precise combination broach is prepared from, by weight, 72-85 parts of tungsten boride, 5-8 parts of niobium disilicide, 0.08-0.1 part of Al, 0.08-0.1 part of Fe, 1-1.5 parts of Mo, 1.3-2.5 parts of hydroxy iron powder, 1.3-2.2 parts of TiC, 0.8-2.1 parts of hydroxy iron powder, 0.08-0.1 part of Mn and 0.2-0.6 part of amide. The broach obtained through the broach material formula and the processing process has a series of excellent performance such as high strength and hardness, good abrasion resistance and red hardness, the small thermal expansion coefficient, the high elasticity modulus and good chemical stability, and the operation is widely applied to various broaches.
