The invention relates to a sweat wiper which is easy to be carried and used. The sweat wiper comprises a wristlet t, an absorbent pad is sleeved with the wristlet, an opening annular cavity sleeve that is a soft rod sleeve is arranged at the rear portion of the wristlet, and a soft rod with a wiping head is inserted into the soft rod sleeve. The absorbent pad comprises a grid-like liner, and an absorbent sponge in the liner. The sweat wiper can be applied to a wrist without affecting the work, and is provided with a large area of the absorbent pad for wiping sweat. With the sweat wiping head capable of extending into a helmet for wiping sweat, so that sweat can be completely wiped.
