The invention discloses a method for realizing service isolation in a power distribution network through adoption of a TWDM-PON (Passive Optical Network). Uplink and downlink service and ONU control information are respectively borne by the most basic four pairs of optical waves of the TWDM-PON. All wavelengths of the TWDM-PON are in a C band. A wavelength interval is consistent with a 50 GHz grid stated by the ITU-T standard. A protective interval of 6 nm exists between uplink and downlink wavelengths. The uplink and downlink wavelengths belong to blue and red bands. According to the method, the time and wavelength division multiplexing TWDM technology is employed, the physical isolation problem of simultaneously transmitting production control partition and management information partition service on the PON is solved, the interval is consistent with the demands of power service partition safety requirements, and the benefits of saving device investment, simplifying a network structure and reducing maintenance cost in communication of the power distribution network are realized.
