The invention discloses an analysis method for the maintenance state of a protective relaying device of an intelligent transformer station. An optical coupler transmits the obtained input amount of a maintenance pressure plate to a CPU and an FPGA simultaneously; after receiving the input amount, the CPU sets a TEST bit by combining a present GOOSE message, generates a new GOOSE message and sends the new GOOSE message to the FPGA; and after receiving the new GOOSE message, the FPGA determines whether data of the TEST bit in the GOOSE message accords with the input amount received by the FPGA itself, and does not send out the new GOOSE message unless the data of the TEST bit accords with the input amount received by the FPGA itself. Thus, the FPGA determines a redundancy generating manner again, so that the reliability in determining the state of the maintenance pressure plate can be improved, and probabilities of failure or misjudgment are reduced. In addition, it is not required to replace the original structure and configuration of the GOOSE message.
