The present invention discloses a cable duct well and a method for laying cables by using the same. The cable duct well comprises a cable support fixing groove arranged on a wall body and a cable support located in the cable support fixing groove, the cable support can slide in the cable support fixing groove and fix the cable support through locking bolts, a rotary wheel configured to support the cable is arranged on the cable support, and extendable folding arms are connected between the cable supports. When the cable is laid, one end of the cable is fixed on the forward end cable support, and the forward end cable support is pulled to realize the laying of the cable. Compared to the prior art, the cable duct well and the method for laying cables by using the same can effectively improve the laying efficiency of the cable in the cable duct well and save labor more.
