The invention provides a first fault and actuator supervisory-integrated type security function monitoring system and method. The system comprises an actuator supervisory module used for acquiring the actuator supervisory information, a first fault module used for acquiring the first fault information, a security function overview module used for acquiring the security function overview information, and a display module used for displaying various types of information. According to the technical scheme of the invention, by adopting a security function overview display system, an operator can visually and comprehensively understand the condition of the power plant security function. Meanwhile, a security function indicator can be displayed at a fixed position according to a reasonable sequence, so that the operator can quickly identify a security function that is triggered. Only faulted actuators are displayed in the list manner in an actuator monitoring list, so that the number of pictures is reduced. Therefore, the operator is facilitated to quickly find out the reasons of faults. The actuator supervisory function, the first fault function and the security function are centralized to be completed in the same picture, so that the monitoring efficiency of the operator for the security function is improved.
