The device further comprises a rear check ring (5). The rear check ring (5) is also cylindrical. The device further comprises a pressure detection piece (4), the two ends of the pressure detection piece are connected with a rubber membrane (9) through glass fiber ropes, and an opening of a cylindrical cavity is covered with the rubber membrane (9). A pair of conducting blocks (10) arranged separately is arranged in the cylindrical cavity, a section of conducting strip (1) is also arranged, the conducting blocks (10) are located between the conducting strip (11) and the rubber membrane (9), and the conducting strip (11) and the rubber membrane (9) are connected through a plastic bar. The plastic bar penetrates a gap between the two conducting blocks (10), and the cylindrical cavity is located in the front check ring (2) and the rear check ring (5). The device further comprises a current sensor (6), a data acquisition memorizer (7) and a speedometer (31). The device can sensitively detect the position of the liquid leakage point.
