The invention provides an electric pure iron and an electric pure iron part surface anti-oxidation treatment method in order to solve the problems that the electric pure iron is likely to be rusted in the high-temperature moist environment. The method comprises the first step of machining, the second step of part inspection, the third step of part cleaning and the fourth step of vacuum packaging, wherein the step of part cleaning comprises the substeps of preparation of a polishing solution, oil removal, mirror polishing, electrochemical polishing, rapid water washing, deionized water dipping, ultrasonic cleaning and drying. By means of the method, the cost spent by enterprises for producing electric pure iron parts can be greatly reduced, the electric pure iron and the electric pure iron parts which are subjected to surface anti-oxidation treatment are not likely to be oxidized or rusted under high-temperature moist conditions, and the cost and time spent for repeated treatment of the electric pure iron parts can be effectively saved; and meanwhile, the electric pure iron parts treated through the method can meet using requirements of electric vacuum devices, and using of the electric pure iron in the electric vacuum field is effectively popularized.
