The invention discloses a hydraulic balance lifting appliance which comprises a main cross beam and two auxiliary cross beams. The middle of the main cross beam is provided with a rotary connection base, and two main hanging brackets are symmetrically installed in the middle of the main cross beam through main hanging bracket guide rails. Each main hanging bracket is specifically provided with a main hanging bracket adjusting oil cylinder used for adjusting the position of the main hanging bracket. The lower portion of each main hanging bracket is connected with the middle of the corresponding auxiliary cross beam through a rotating connection base. Each auxiliary cross beam is provided with at least one pair of auxiliary hanging brackets symmetrically through auxiliary hanging bracket guide rails arranged at the top in the longitudinal direction. Each auxiliary hanging bracket is specifically provided with an auxiliary hanging bracket adjusting oil cylinder used for adjusting the position of the auxiliary hanging bracket. Two hydraulic block balance oil cylinders are arranged between the top of each auxiliary hanging bracket and the top of the corresponding auxiliary cross beam in the transverse direction of the auxiliary cross beam. The hydraulic block balance oil cylinders on the auxiliary cross beams communicate through oil pipes. The lower portion of each auxiliary hanging bracket is provided with a hanging belt. The hydraulic balance lifting appliance maintains uniform distribution of loads automatically in the hanging process of nuclear island installation structure modules, the risk of overturning caused by lateral loads is effectively avoided, and safety and reliability are achieved.
