The wear-resistant disc shear consists of a hollow cylindrical core material and a hard alloy wear-resistant layer on the periphery of the core material; an annular groove is horizontally formed along the circumference of the lower part of the inner surface of the core material; the upper surface of the hard alloy wear-resistant layer is an inclined surface which is inclined by 15 degrees. The hard alloy wear-resistant layer consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 36 to 46 percent of Mo, 10 to 15 percent of Cr, 6 to 14 percent of W, 7 to 12 percent of C, 1 to 3 percent of Si and the balance of Fe. According to the wear-resistant disc shear, the problem that a disc shear is easily worn in work is solved, so that the work period of the disc shear is prolonged, the defect of frequent failure of the disc shear is overcome, the disc shear consumption is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
