The invention discloses a mechanical two-position five-way reversing valve. The mechanical two-position five-way reversing valve comprises a body. A valve cavity and a valve core which is arranged in the valve cavity are formed in the body; an exhaust port I, an air inlet and an exhaust port II capable of communicating with the valve cavity are successively formed in one side of the body from left to right; a working port I and a working port II capable of communicating with the valve cavity are formed in the other side of the body; a volcanic vent I is formed between the exhaust port I and the working port I, a volcanic vent II is formed between the air inlet and the working port I, a volcanic vent III is formed between the air inlet and the working port II, and a volcanic vent IV is formed between the exhaust port II and the working port II; a seal ring capable of switching a sealing state between the end surface of the volcanic vent I and the end surface of the volcanic vent II is arranged on the left end of the valve core; a seal gasket I and a seal gasket II are arranged at the right end of the valve core; an end cover is arranged at the left end of the body; an ejector rod is arranged in the end cover; and a main spring is arranged between the ejector rod and the valve core. The invention aims to provide the mechanical two-position five-way reversing valve which reduces the requirement on cleanliness of a working medium and improves the working reliability.
