The invention provides an automatic clutch execution mechanism for a hybrid power vehicle. The automatic clutch execution mechanism comprises a release fork assembly, a driving assembly and an electronic control unit; the release fork assembly comprises a release bearing, a release fork shaft and a release fork, the driving assembly is connected to the release fork shaft which is connected to the release fork, the driving assembly comprises a motor, an angular displacement sensor and a speed reducer, the angular displacement sensor is connected to the speed reducer and is mounted on a shell of the speed reducer, and the motor and the angular displacement sensor are both connected to the electronic control unit. The automatic clutch execution mechanism for the hybrid power vehicle has the beneficial effects: when a vehicle-mounted central processing unit (ECU) requests for release and engaging of the clutch for the electronic control unit, the electronic control unit can judge a current state of the clutch according to a current vehicle condition and a signal of the angular displacement sensor, and further controls the motor in a targeted manner, and automatic release and engaging of the clutch are realized by matching the motor, the speed reducer and the release fork assembly.
