The invention relates to a machining device for increasing single-yarn twist in siro-spinning. The other technical scheme of the invention provides a machining method for increasing the single-yarn twist in the siro-spinning based on the machining device. Aiming at problems in a siro-spinning production process, a self-propelled rotary false-twisting device is additionally arranged between a front roller jaw and a twisting point. Under the condition of normal operation, after fiber strands output by the front roller jaw pass through the self-propelled rotary false-twisting device, the twist of the fiber strands is increased. On one hand, the strength of the fiber strands on the section is improved and broken ends caused by non-uniformity are reduced; on the other hand, the fiber strands can be drawn into more twist in a combination process due to the non-uniformity of twist transmission, and the performance of a finished product is closer to that of folded yarns.
