Organic electroluminescence materials are disclosed the general formula of which is shown as a formula (I), wherein Ar<1> is electron-withdrawing aryl, Ar<2> to Ar<7> are electron donating aryl separately, and R1 to R4 are hydrogen , C1-C20 alkyl or C1-C20 alkoxy separately. Electron donors and electron acceptors are connected through conjugate units in the materials so that thermal activation delayed fluorescence performance of the materials can be ensured and the materials are processable through solution methods. In addition, the invention also provides an organic electroluminescence device comprising the organic electroluminescence materials and a preparing method thereof. The device is good in optical performance, and is processable through solution methods and simple and convenient in preparing process.
