The invention discloses a distribution line first-section fault processing method under a non-interactive condition. Through substation outgoing line protection time constant value matching and logical action and through fault recovery under the condition of automatic communication of a distributed feeder, the fault at the first section of a substation outgoing line is isolated and power supply in a non-first-section-fault region is recovered under the condition that substation exit protection and a first distribution line terminal cannot carry out information interaction. The solution can only be that fault processing of the line is taken as a blind spot, namely, feeder automatic fault isolation of the first section of the line is not considered, and if the first section of the line fails, exit action is protected by the outgoing line only, and the fault is removed by powering off the whole line. The fault region cannot be isolated automatically, and power supply in the non-first-section-fault region cannot be completed.
