An automobile oxygen supply device comprises an oxygen supply pipe, oxygen bottles, a frame containing the oxygen bottles and a base; the oxygen bottles are subject to pressure reduction through a pressure reduction valve and then are connected to the oxygen supply pipe, the base is fixed to the inner side of an automobile door, the bottom of the frame is rotatably fixed to the base, two limiting assemblies are arranged between the frame and the base, when the frame is rotated in the base to reach the use position, one limiting assembly limits forward rotation of the frame, and a handle lock is arranged between the frame and the inner side of an automobile and locks the frame; when the handle lock is pulled open to enable the frame to be rotated out of the base to the replacement position outside the automobile door, the other limiting assembly limits backward rotation of the frame; or the bottom of the frame is connected to the base in a sliding manner, the two limiting assemblies are arranged between the frame and the base, and when the frame stretches into the base to reach the use position, one limiting assembly limits forward rotation of the frame, and when the frame is pulled out of the base to the replacement position, the other limiting assembly limits backward moving of the frame. A user can stand outside the automobile door to conveniently take and put the oxygen bottles, and the oxygen condition in the oxygen bottles can be known in time.
