The invention belongs to the field of petroleum engineering and specifically relates to an annulus closed pressure control tubular column system for a deepwater oil and gas producing well. The annulus closed pressure control tubular column system for the deepwater oil and gas producing well comprises a surface casing, an intermediate casing, a tubing column, a production casing column and a packer. The tubing column is composed of a plain tubing and an insulated tubing. The insulated tubing is located on the upper portion of the whole tubing column. The plain tubing is located on the lower portion of the whole tubing column. The production casing column is composed of a production casing and a thermal sleeve. The thermal sleeve is located on the upper portion of the whole production casing column. The production casing is located on the lower portion of the whole production casing column. The system is not limited by formation conditions and the deepwater environment, the radial thermal-conduction resistance of a shaft is increased by tripping in insulation tubes, and thus control over the closed annulus pressure can be achieved; extra construction programs and workload are not increased; and the insulation tubes are only applied to part of well sections, too much extra construction cost is not increased, and application and popularization are facilitated.
